This Jellycat Burger is really adorable and we make it into cake.
It is made with very mild chocolate flavour chiffon to get the light brown colour for the bun layer, and inside patty with dark chocolate cake flavour.
The lettuce is made with kiwi, cheese with mango slice, and tomato with strawberry to get the look. We use whipping cream to stack up everything and that’s it 🙂
